Story Fragments | The Far Ago Archive

What remains of a story long after it’s told?

Every tale leaves behind a trace – a forgotten object, a lost expression, a crumbling ruin, a whisper, a crushed flower – distant memories from Far Ago.

These remnants, left behind from lost worlds in bygone ages, are what I call Story Fragments.

I’m not the author of these excerpts, but the discoverer – an archivist sketching and documenting the fragments before they disappear again, perhaps forever.

Each Story Fragment is a one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn miniature – a glimpse of something greater that refuses to fade.

You don’t collect them to complete a set.
You find them… the way stories find you.

Stories Should Leave Something Behind.

20% of every Story Fragment sale is donated to Read for Good – a UK charity that uses the power of storytelling and reading to bring books, creative experiences, and wellbeing support to children in hospital.

How Recovery Works.

New Story Fragments are recovered and released in small themed batches.

Each fragment is:

  • Hand-drawn and one of a kind
  • ACEO trading card size (2.5 x 3.5 inches)
  • Signed and numbered
  • Part of the growing Far Ago Archive

Once transferred into a private collection, fragments remain documented here as part of the archive record.
